Start during Winter Break with learning and teaching teens about podcasts.  Have them put together recordings of some favorite (their creative writing, favorite out-of-copyright poems).  Make those available during Teen Tech Week and also during April (Poetry Month)

Have a Tech Night where you introduce teens to podcasts, blogs, MySpace, Facebook. Have your tech-enabled teens help plan and run the show

Have Techy Teens teach classes for adults in your community
